Mikino Mahi, is
Balemaker’s second project on Kauai with our amazing customers Deborah
Furlon and David Kane. Sitting up in the
beautiful Namahana Sub division at Kalihiwai Ridge in Kauai, this house is a
unique design based on Balemaker’s Samarinda model Guest House Model. The Guest
House features a large bedroom with pull down Murphy Beds, a large Bathroom
with a washer dryer section included, a small Kitchen and dining area with
large decks at the front and sides. Balemaker began construction on August 2025
and is nearing prefabrication completion at our West Bali Factory Complex and
will be dismantled and shipped to Kauai in Early June 2026
