The Furlon Kane House Akaha, beautifully located in Kalihiwai Ridge in Kauai.
Designed & built in the traditional post & beam system such as the earlier houses of The Loyd Wright Era.
Featuring Highly finished timber ceilings and interiors, to the Japanese style Glass transoms, a reflection of simplicity & Tranquility.
There have been no corners cut here, we have not substituted our quality hardwoods for areas such as walls and floor structures, for cheap Doug Fur or Pine which has to be replaced within 15 to 20years, and is becoming the norm for dodgy importers, this house is the real mcoy, and will be still be enjoyed in 100years time, thanks to the BaleMaker craftsmanship and care in construction.
