Our specialty is in the development of the open living detached Modular pods, which range from 2500SqFt up to 9800Sqft in size, and beyond.
Our unique system of independent pods interconnected with covered breezeways, allows us the flexibility to position bedrooms, kitchens, great rooms, & entertainment areas in any direction, to suite the clients needs, for comfort, views, landscaping, decking, and swimming pool areas.
